Prices and payment

All prices are in New Zealand dollars. Booking online is free: you pay at your appointment. The hypnotherapy package ($250 for three sessions) is paid at your first session.

Changing or cancelling

At least 24 hours before your appointment: you’re welcome to change or cancel. Anything you’ve already paid (for example, the hypnotherapy package) becomes a credit note for a future session.

Within 24 hours of your appointment: cancellations, and appointments you don’t arrive for, don’t receive a credit.

Your health

Please let Doella know at your first session about any health conditions, injuries, medication or pregnancy, so the treatment can be adapted or, if needed, postponed. These treatments are complementary and don’t replace advice from your doctor or midwife.

Running late

If you arrive late, your session may need to finish at the booked time so the next client isn’t kept waiting.
